Volker report makes official what many have been discussing: federal cuts strain already stressed local governments.

CalPERS only earns 1% on investments. 

Pro Prop 30 ad claims CA has a strong bond rating. But CA has one of the worst in nation, right behind PA. 

As usual, Congressional incumbents are raising more than challengers in fundraising campaigns.
